Nadia is French and has lived most of her youth life near Paris but her origins are half Algerian and half Swedish! She is the very proud mother of two young children, a girl and a boy. For her life in the British Virgin Islands started in November 2002 and came from a true desire of living in the Caribbean, mainly for its quality of life, that she had previously tasted many years ago when she lived several years in Martinique, but also because Nadia feels that living near the ocean is her “comfort zone” and what “talks to her” and this goes back to her first years of life during childhood spent in Algeria, near the sea.

     Although she is not coming from a sailing background and regrets to never have had the opportunity to evolve within, Nadia has always had a strong attraction towards sailing boats, their beauty, the way of life attached to them and loves being surrounded by them, and where else better than in the British Virgin Islands! So when the opportunity came to work in a Charter Company not only for selling charters but also being involved with the crews, getting to know each boat of a fleet and having to look after this whole new family, well no wonder she jumped onto the occasion!

     Before that, Nadia’s professional background has always been the one of sales and customer relations, whether this was in retail or office based jobs. She has always had customers to look after for and has within the years developed a strong sense of matching the clients’ needs and wishes to whatever product she was in charge and had to promote.

     Nadia prides herself in an immense sense of care and ability to listen, always trying to make the client feel comfortable through communication, and likes to share her love for life, the beauty of what is around us with always a very fresh and almost naïve look on things.
